Gaston's, the new carnivore haunt!

Attention all gourmets who love good food, let us introduce you to Gaston, a new address located at 11 rue Brochant, which offers authentic, generous, and quality cuisine. Forget the nebulous pseudo-concepts and other ephemeral trends that abound in Paris and push open the doors of this pretty neighborhood bistro with a 100% Frenchy spirit. We promise you won't leave disappointed!

At the helm of Gaston are Laurent, Frank, and Rachid, a formidable trio determined to tantalize the taste buds of Parisians. While Frank and Laurent, two childhood friends, have already proven themselves with their first restaurant nestled in the heart of the capital, former chef de partie Rachid cut his teeth in several Michelin-starred restaurants before joining them. As a result, with their respective experiences, the three managers can have confidence in their latest baby: Gaston may be a new kid on the block, but he's already got all the makings of a great restaurant!

On the plates, the best-sellers of French gastronomy are competing against each other and seriously catching our eye. Not one to shy away, we salivate over the roasted bone marrow, we ogle at the chicken liver terrine and we squirm in front of the beautiful piece of marinated beef, before being tempted by a hearty Paris-Brest or a delicious lemon tart.

We're warning you, you'd better have a strong stomach, but these tasty recipes are well worth the summer body. Especially since here, you can feast with your eyes closed: the meat comes from a Burgundy farm and the dishes and desserts are 100% homemade. Not to mention the wine list, which aims to be eclectic, ranging from grand cru to small natural wines. Reinventing itself according to the seasons, the menu also offers a daily menu for each lunch, just to delight regulars. As you've probably guessed, at Gaston's, there's no such thing as monotony!

So don't be surprised if the place is packed and a mix of all generations, from retired couples attached to traditional cuisine to American tourists in love with good meat, to the group of friends who like to treat themselves around a large table. Because ultimately, Gaston is a family and generous cuisine at affordable prices but also and above all a friendly place where you are sure to find the warmth of Parisian neighborhood bistros.
